The Team

 Our office staff assists patients with new orders by providing excellent customer service, detailed insurance information, payment options, and product details. We also collaborate with physicians, home health providers, hospitals, and outpatient therapy centers to obtain any documentation requested by insurance companies. 

  Our medical equipment technicians test, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of medical equipment, including power wheelchairs, hoyer lifts, and hospital beds. They also deliver and train patients on the use of their new equipment. 

 Our RESNA certified Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP)

  analyze the needs of patients with disabilities, assisting in the selection and training of appropriate assistive technology for the patients needs focusing specifically on seating, positioning, and mobility.
